The Chief Executive Officer of Charger Limited, Mr. Emmanuel Bortey Borketey, has stirred excitement ahead of the 2025 edition of the Happyman Bitters Upper East Music Awards (HMB-UEMA) with a cash incentive aimed at engaging music fans across the region.
In a post shared on Facebook on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, Mr. Borketey announced a reward of GHS 5,000 for any individual who could correctly identify all past winners of the Artiste of the Year and Male Vocalist categories since the inception of the awards scheme. The challenge, which quickly gained traction online, was set to run for 24 hours.
The initiative generated significant buzz among followers and industry enthusiasts, with many attempting to compile accurate lists within the limited timeframe. At the close of the competition, Akunda Akaliwien Mishel emerged as the winner after successfully meeting the criteria.
